beside that i call her supervisor and she told her supervisor the same thing what was in the false report and her supervisor told me to go to court cause they was trying to make me move do you think i will win the caseOk spoke with the leasing office about the false statement but she didn't want to listen what should i do and?
You won't win anything unless you can be more clear.
You are writing like you are in the middle of a conversation and we all know what you are taking about.
Who made a false statement about what and why and what does it have to do with the lease and how does it affect you?
If you go to court, you need to tell the WHOLE story, beginning to end, clearly and so a stranger can understand.
Unless you have a lease, they can make you move. If you have a lease, they can make you move if you violated it.
If it involves someone telling a lie, if you can't prove it's a lie by more than you saying so, then you won't win.
