Can i sue a company for a mission statement that is false?

There's no other store like David Jones..

Rightttttt ;)

What are my options? :PCan i sue a company for a mission statement that is false?
In order to sue, you have to have been damaged. What or how were you harmed?

Give it up, dude. Can i sue a company for a mission statement that is false?
Sure. You can sue for anything.

If you want to know if you would win, then the answer is no. The case would be thrown out almost immediately as a frivolous lawsuit, abesnt a showing of real and identifiable harm. This is assuming you found a lawyer to take the case in the first place.

Your options are...

1. Let it go

2. Hire an expensive lawyer, have the case thrown out with nothing to show for it except an expensive legal bill, and become a great party story at the next Bar Association meeting
Their mission is for their store to be unique...it doesn't mean that there ISN'T another store similar to theirs. but it is their mission to try and be unlike the rest.
