I would like to know the charges a person gets if he makes false statement or furnishes any information to the Controller of Employment under Cap 91A 22 (1D). He has 6 charges under same act and is out on bail of $5,000.
I hope to hear from people in Singapore who is familiar with the law. Only genuine answers from professional.

Don't expect lawyers who have nothing to do but to give answers for free. Giving false statement is a very serious offense in Singapore and people have gone to jail.
