Can you retract a false statement made to an insurance company without getting in trouble?

You can IF you say you made a mistake or forgot or was confused but that now you want to correct the ';mistake';; the important point in DO NOT ADMIT you lied on purpose.

But you must do it before they find out by themselves or the police %26amp; lawyers get involved; if they find first then you will have no credibility and the judge will not buy your story.

If you do the right thing that will speak good for you.

Insurance companies (like any other company) don't like to spend money in court %26amp; lawyers if they have no need, so if you correct the mistake before is too late they will feel no need to go to court. Can you retract a false statement made to an insurance company without getting in trouble?
call an insurance gency and ask i think yes was it recorded though? its prolly up to them if they wanna allow u to without legal consequences!
