my friends want me to try it with them and i want to try it once, but i hear all this stuff that smoking makes you stupid. If thats the case then i wont do it. But if doing it once or twice doesn't hurt then i will.

Once wont do noticable damage, and that goes for almost any drug, short of cyanide. Unless they spilled some toxic chemical on it and you wind up with a tumor ten years later.
